Subiectul deschis de dumneavoastra este deosebit. Prin insasi esenta lui cuprinde renasterea spirituala a persoanelor ce il folosesc. Poate o realizare la fel de minunata vi se pare si proiectarea templelor zamolxiene care sa slujeasca renasterii zamolxiaene a neamului romanesc. Octavian Sarbatoare, scriitor australian de origine romana si profesor de studii ale religiilor si filosofie a creionat in lucrarea sa ROMANUL S-A NASCUT ZAMOLXIAN – Intrebari si raspunsuri despre renasterea zamolxiana, aceste constructii ale prezentului.

Sunt prieten cu Octavian si i-am citit cartile.Deindata ce va exista o cerere concreta pentru un astfel de proiect il voi aborda cu Bucurie.

Aveti deja astfel de proiecte intocmite?
Proiectele sunt intocmite dar trebuiesc adaptate la conditiile specifice ale terenului pe care urmeaza a fi puse in opera.

Puteti sa-mi spuneti, va rog, din ce materiale va fi structura de rezistenta a unei case din proiectul Tartasesti si daca ati obtinut autorizatie de constructie pe oricare dintre case?

Casele vor avea structura din lemn si inchideri din chirpici. Inchiderile pot fi si din baloti de paie tencuiti cu lut. La Tartasesti suntem in faza de PUZ si nu este nicio problema legata de autorizarea caselor cu astfel de structura. In mediul rural se construiesc case din chirpici. V-as mai spune ca ca pana acum saizeci-saptezeci de ani aproape toate casele aveau structura din pamant si erau foarte sanatoase. Pamantul are calitatea de a regla umiditatea in spatiul de locuit, de a pastra o temperatura placuta atat vara cat si iarna, de pastra locuinta vie. Pamantul nu contine compusi de sinteza si nu agreseaza in niciun fel sanatatea celor care locuiesc in astfel de case. Avantajele unei case din pamant sunt atat de mari incat cu greu ar putea fi cuprinse in cateva cuvinte.
Daca doriti, putem face o vizita la o locuinta de langa Bucuresti care este construita din baloti de paie. Este un proiect autorizat si pentru ca nu este inca finalizat, se poate vedea foarte bine modul in care se realizeaza.

Multumesc pentru informatii si sint de acord cu dvs. referitor la avantajele unei case din pamint. Si eu studiez de ceva vreme subiectul,insa stiu ca nu se autorizeaza inca la noi asemenea constructii. Dar, specificind ca structura de rezistenta este din lemn, atunci cred ca nu ar fi probleme.
